General Conditions
INSURANCE EXCESS
The vehicle does come with an insurance cover, however in the unlikely event of an accident an insurance excess is payable by the hirer. For this vehicle there is a collision excess of $3500 if the vehicle is in an accident. This is reducible for $30 a day down to $1000. This insurance excess will be held as a bond until the vehicle is returned to the depot in the same condition as it left the depot.
DEPOT HOURS Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am to 12:00 noon. Closed on Christmas Day.
VEHICLE CHECK IN TIME Vehicle pick-up and drop-off must be between 8:30am and 4:30pm weekdays or between 8:00am and 12:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Complimentary airport or Cairns hotel pick up and drop off is provided within these hours.

RETURN OF VEHICLE The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of petrol as when it was picked up, and should be returned by the due time to avoid a late fee. There is also no refund or part refund for early return of the vehicle unless the vehicle has a mechanical issue not casued by you.
