Day 1: Your small cruise ship departs Breakwater Terminal at 1:00pm,
crosses Halifax Bay and passes by Magnetic Island before cruising amidst the spectacular Palm Group of Islands.
Join the other guests and crew to watch a spectacular sunset across the reef
from the top deck vantage point.
Day 2: Join the small group of travellers who have started their day
moored beside a private tropical island. Pelorus offers opportunities to enjoy
glass bottomed boats, snorkelling, SCUBA diving or guided walks, all followed by
a delicious beach BBQ lunch. Then in the afternoon cruise through the Hinchinbrook Channel and the Family Group of Islands
to arrive at the Dunk Island Resort with plenty of time to relax at the resort's
facilities, or to enjoy a guided walk in the rainforest.
Day 3: Today you have a full day to snorkel, SCUBA dive, ride in the
glass bottomed boat amongst the spectacular surroundings of Nathan Reef.
Day 4: Thetford Reef and Sudbury Cay provide more opportunities
for snorkelling and glass bottomed boat rides to discover the wonders of the
diverse marine life and coral gardens. Then early in the afternoon, cruise through
Cairns' spectacular Trinity Bay before disembarking at 1.30pm.
This cruise also operates in reverse direction, Cairns to Townsville.
