Cairns Helicopter Scenic Tour startds with pickups from Port Douglas accommodation from 10.40am which take you to the Port Douglas Helipad for a pre-flight safety briefing. Take off on a 35 minute helicopter flight with plenty of opportunities to me amazed by the variety of the Great Barrier Reef, rainforest canopies and the extensive marine life. Photographic opportunities abound from your bird's eye vantage point above this natural wonder of the world. Your destination is a floating pontoon at fabulous Agincourt Reef where there are activities for non-swimmers and swimmers alike. Explore the reef as you snorkel, in a semi submersible vessel or from the underwater observatory. Lunch is a sumptuous tropical hot and cold buffet. Then board a catamaran for a 90 minute cruise back to Port Douglas, you may spot even more marine life on the return cruise. Finally you will be returned to your Port Douglas accommodation from 5.00pm onwards.
