This full day grade 3 (gradient up to 30 degrees and 3% off ratio) Cairns Mountain Bike Bicycle Tour takes the riders through the Bloomfield Track to Cape Tribulation and the Daintree National Park. Good health, average fitness levels and age above 12 years are the requirements for riders to undertake this tour. When the tides are low, cycling can be done on hard packed beaches of Cape Tribulation for extra fun. The riders on this Cape Mountain Bike trip encounter many mountain streams on the way for brief cooling off stops. The package includes 24 speed real mountain bikes, helmets & gloves, free water, lunch, guide, and training if required. The participants are expected to bring protective footwear, cool clothing, and sunscreen with them. Food items and drinks available on the way have to be paid for separately. This Cairns Mountain Bike Tour is organized on Tuesdays, and Fridays with departure from Cairns at 6.30 AM and Port Douglas at 7.40 AM. Optional overnight stop at Cape Tribulation and complementary transfers to & from hotel accommodation are available. A Minimum of 4 riders required for this tour to run.
