The Turtle Cove Resort is situated on a private beach between Cairns and Port Douglas and has 30 air conditioned rooms providing views of the Coral Sea or tropical gardens. The tropically furnished rooms feature balconies or private courtyards, en suite bathrooms, TV with in-house video, hairdryer, fridge, tea / coffee making facility, and direct dial telephone with modem connection. The Turtle Cove Resort also has a fully licenced restaurant and a bar, 12 persons heated Jacuzzi, gym, laundry facilities, a recreation room with pool table, large free form swimming pool, spa therapy room, BBQ, and tour desk. The tour desk arranges all gay friendly safaris and Daintree rainforest tour as well as full day diving and snorkelling trips. The spa therapy provides various treatments like holistic spa therapy which includes body scrubs, body wraps, facials, and hot stone deep massage therapy. Visitors to the Turtle Cove Resort can undertake trips to the Great Barrier Reef, Atherton Tablelands, 4WD safaris through the rainforest, etc. Rental cars are available on the premises of the Turtle Cove Resort. Complimentary buffet style continental breakfast is provided to all guests.
