After a long day full of hectic routines and busy schedules, you will love the soothing effect of a Dinner cruise. The Dinner cruise leaves Cairns Marina at 7.00 pm and you will be back by 9.30 pm. This kind of dining can refresh you fully after a long tiring day, enjoy your four course dinner while sailing smoothly and cruising through the Cairns waters. What can be more relaxing than having a glass of champagne while strolling the deck of a luxurious catamaran? The city seems to be too beautiful under the well lit sky when seen from a cruise ship. Queensland Gulf Prawns and Fresh Oysters make the food exceptionally good for those who enjoy sea food. Tables are made up before you arrive according to the size of your group. The Dinner cruise operates seven nights a week. Live entertainment on this cruise makes this experience even better. Your menu for the evening consists of the following: Starters Oven Baked Bread Rolls and Soup of the Day (Choice of Two) Mains Seasoned/Crumbed Reef Fish, Tandoori Chicken Drumstick, Roast Loin of Pork with Apple and Cider Sauce, Roast Leg of Lamb served with a Rosemary and Thyme Sauce, Ricotta and Spinach Tortellini with Creamy Parmesan and Blue Cheese Sauce, Seasonal Garden Vegetables tossed with Garlic Butter, Pilaf Rice, Roast Potato covered with Chive Butter.
