A Kuranda Scenic Railway tour which starts just a little later in the day, giving you time to take in more of Cairns Australia! Complimentary Cairns & Cairns Beaches accommodation pickup starts this tour in the morning, before you join Skyrail, the world’s most beautiful rainforest experience. Glide over the rainforest canopy aboard Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and enjoy a birds eye view of pristine World Heritage Rainforest, with stops at Barron Falls and Red Peak Station.
Enjoy around 2 hours to look around Kuranda and its historical markets in a self guided tour. Go for a bushwalk, choose the many local attractions or a hand made icecream!
Then board the Kuranda Scenic Rail. An amazing journey awaits you as you travel one of the world’s most scenic rail routes through hand hewn tunnels and over bridges spanning spectacular gorges. A stop is made at Barron Gorge to view the Falls before arriving at beautiful Kuranda Station. You will then be transferred back to your accommodation.
