Enjoy your holiday in Cairns with this lovely soft-top convertible jeep. With room for four passengers you can enjoy the sun and coast from Cairns to Port Douglas and Daintree and all places in between. Drivers should be over the age of 25 and be able to drive a manual transmission car. Your soft top Cairns comes with 300 free kilometers per day of hire which can accumulate for example, 2100 km per week. Please be aware of the small space for luggage. The soft top must also stay on sealed roads otherwise all insurance will be voided.

General Conditions
INSURANCE EXCESS
The vehicle does come with an insurance cover, however in the unlikely event of an accident an insurance excess is payable by the hirer. For this vehicle there is a collision excess of $2750. This is reducible for $25 a day down to $750. The insurance excess will be held as a bond until the vehicle is returned to the depot in the same condition as it left the depot.
DEPOT HOURS Monday to Sunday: 8:00am to 5:00pm. Closed on Christmas Day.
VEHICLE CHECK IN TIME Vehicle pick-up and drop-off must be between 8:00am and 5.00pm. Complimentary airport or Cairns hotel pick up is provided within these hours.

24-HOUR HELPLINE Road service 7-day-a-week.
MINIMUM DAY RENTALS Minimum rental is one day.
ONE WAY RENTALS There is no one way rentals possible with this vehicle.
DAILY HIRE CONDITIONS Calculates the hire of the vehicle on a per 24 hour day basis. For example if you collect the car at 11.30am it is due for return at 11.30am on your last day of hire.
DRIVERS A current motor vehicle driver's licence is required and must be produced on pick-up. Should a foreign licence be in a language other than English, it must be accompanied by a current International Driving Permit, issued in the same country as the foreign licence was issued, or by an accredited English translation of that foreign licence. The driver or a passenger in the vehicle must present their credit card as a security deposit. The credit limit must be sufficient to cover the insurance excess in case you have a car accident.
DRIVERS AGE The above rates are valid for drivers aged 25 -75 years. For $10 extra per day, arrangements can be made for 21-24 year old drivers.
RETURN OF VEHICLE The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of petrol as when it was picked up, and should be returned by the due time to avoid a late fee. There is also no refund or part refund for early return of the vehicle unless the vehicle has a mechanical issue not casued by you.
