Whale Watching Cairns Code: rmwhaleHumpback Whales frolick off the coast of Cairns from June to September and we are offering visitors a very personal and up-close encounter with these giants of the sea. Board a luxurious 22 meter Catamaran boat for a swift ride to the area off Cairns where these whales are breaching, swimming and playing in the water. Several other reef boats heading to the Great Barrier Reef off Cairns will direct the whale watching boat to where the whales are, along with the helicopters and sea planes that take people to the Great Barrier Reef. As a result of the other boats, helicopters and sea planes we can offer you GUARANTEED SIGHTING (or in the unlikely event whales are not spotted you can travel free on an alternate day). Last season the Cairns Whale Watching tour had a 100% success rate of seeing whales off Cairns.A morning and afternoon departure are currently being offered with the tour lasting 3-3.5 hours depending on sightings and encounters. Light refreshments are included and the boat has a licensed bar onboard for a celebration champagne during your whale watching Cairns experience.
