Cairns Diving3 (Code: d3) The famous Cod Hole, Ribbon Reefs and Osprey Reef which make up the Northern section of the Great Barrier Reef and are situated off the eastern coast of Queensland, offers one of the most exciting dive experiences in the world. The Cod Hole dive site where your liveaboard will stop and offer you the chance to visit the home of a group of giant Potato Cod as well as spectacular bommies with loads of fish life and wonderful coral is a dive site not to be missed. On certain trips your SCUBA diving liveaboard will also visit Osprey Reef, which is way off the mainland in Australia's Coral Sea. Here you will see loads of sharks, soft coral that is two meters high, schools of pelagic fish and visibility as far as the naked eye can see.
