Alterations
Upon acceptance of a deposit, a reservation will be made on your behalf. An amendment charge may apply for any alterations you wish to make to your itinerary after this date.

Cancellation Fees/Refunds
Should you cancel a booked service, your payment or part of it might be forfeited. We must pass on cancellation fees applied by the individual operators concerned. Full details will be provided on request.
Once your tour, package or accommodation has commenced, any refunds requested for part, or the unused proportion of your reserved holiday, is at the discretion of the tour operators, us and the establishments involved.

Confidentiality
Your reservation details will remain private and confidential at all times. Information will only be given to other parties when necessary to complete formalities. We also respect your freedom of choice and will not persue you to obtain a reservation based on your enquiries only.

Email Viruses
Our email is continually scanned for the presence of computer viruses. However, we exclude all liability for any viruses that may still occur in our email messages, and we recommend that you have installed recognised, up-to-date anti-virus software when communicating via the internet.

Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may occur such as accident or illness preventing travel, loss of cash, theft or damage to luggage during your holiday.

Itineraries
Tropical Experience Tour & Travel Centre in its capacity as a reservation agent on behalf of its preferred tour & travel operators for products and services, expresses that without notice, we or the operators, reserve the right to cancel, alter or substitute any part of the itinerary without the client's right of compensation . The itinerary is intended as a guide document only. Changes may occur due to circumstances or events beyond our control such as a change in road or weather conditions, strikes, breakdowns or public holiday delays. Any additional costs or inconvenience incurred by the visitor as a result of these unforseeable occurences e.g. failure to make a connection to another operator's services, is the visitor's own responsibility.
Operators have the right and option to exclude a passenger/s who is likely to impose a health or safety risk or cause discomfort to other fellow passengers. In this event, or any other circumstance, the excluded passenger is without right of compensation for entry refusal.

Liability & Responsibility
Tropical Experience Tour & Travel Centre utilises information from its operators current promotional material and exempts itself from accepting liability or responsibility for any incorrect or misleading information that may cause conditions such as loss of enjoyment, injuries or death.
We take reasonable care in our selection of operators who provide products and services such as accommodation, airline/cruise travel or transport arrangements. We cannot accept any responsibility for the conduct of their management and staff or their appointed agents as they are not under our direct control. Our exclusion of responsibility includes the operator's failure to provide, make withdrawal, cancel, substitute, use an alternative service provider or make a variance of the operator's product or service.
Tour operators may also have their own comprehensive terms and conditions relating to provision of their products and services.
We do not accept any liability or responsibility for personal injuries or losses of personal items sustained by our visitors, in any event. Ensure your own personal safety when travelling and safeguard your own property.
In some situations, adventure or other risk-taking pursuits may require a signed consent form/and or proof of qualification.
