Cancellation Fees

In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your booking after you have paid your deposit then the deposit you have paid will be forfeited. Rather than cancel your booking we are happy to reschedule your booking for anytime within the next 12 months free of charge.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may occur such as accident or illness preventing travel, loss of cash, theft or damage to luggage during your holiday or cancellation fees.
Please consult your own insurance company or you may want to consider this Travel Insurance Company "Plan KA"

Liability & Responsibility

Tropical Experience Tour & Travel Centre utilises information from its operators current promotional material and exempts itself from accepting liability or responsibility for any incorrect or misleading information that may cause conditions such as loss of enjoyment, injuries or death.

We take reasonable care in our selection of operators who provide products and services such as accommodation and tours. We cannot accept any responsibility for the conduct of their management and staff or their appointed agents as they are not under our direct control.

Tour operators may also have their own comprehensive terms and conditions relating to provision of their products and services.

We do not accept any liability or responsibility for personal injuries or losses of personal items sustained by our visitors, in any event. Ensure your own personal safety when traveling and safeguard your own property.
