Concessions/Discounts
| Infant | Generally under 4 years of age. May be accommodated or travel free of charge in certain circumstances and depending on the operator. Facilities e.g. a cot or highchair may be levied a charge. |
| Child | Generally 4-14 years old. May receive a concession rate depending on the operator - it is normally half an adult rate. |
| Adults | Generally over 14 years of age. Full rates are applicable. |
| Family | Generally a family of 2 adults & 2 children may receive a family rate - it is normally the rate of 2 adults and 1 child combined. |

Deposits & Payments
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total value of your chosen holiday is required to be forwarded to Tropical Experience Tour & Travel Center. The balance is due and must be received and receipted by our office 30 days before you commence your package in Australia, to be valid.
All costs are quoted in Australian dollars and stated prices on packages, brochures or any other material are current to 31 March 2004, inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).
We accept payments by Bankcard, Mastercard, and Visa by faxing or mailing us your details. Payment may also be made by Telegraphic Transfer or Bank drafts in favour of Tropical Experience Tour & Travel Centre.

The Holiday Deal
Our holidays include the following:
- Accommodation (if indicated/requested)
- Government charges/Goods & Services Tax (GST)
- Meals (if indicated)
- Tour guide, driver, tour operator or escort
- Transfers to/from your accommodation (as per itinerary)
Our holidays do not include the following:
- Additional requested goods or services
- Alcohol or beverages (unless indicated)
- Personal items
- Transport en route to start your holiday (e.g. home port/return)
